How Can severe Chest Pain Be Treated?

Hi! My sgpt is 135. I have no hepa b and hepa c. Recently I did skipping rope as a form of exercise and after 2 weeks I noticed my Bp rose up. Also am using a wired bra and it causes pain on the right and left side of my chest and it added to the chest pain I was experiencing. Worst i experienced body weakness and i couldnt lift my bag without feeling shortness of breath. My bp was 160/90, my ecg is normal, cholesterol normal rbs and fbs are normal but my sgpt is 135. Was the skipping activity was the cause or the muscle injury on my chest due to my wired bra was the cause? I have fatty liver before. I was given by my doctor irbesartan to lower my Bp and godex capsule for my liver. Is taking godex okay with my elevated sgpt? Was my result alarming already? Pls help me.

Hi,

I can understand your concern. Yes, your SGPT is high especially because of fatty liver. So continue Godex tablet. Weight reduction is must in your case. Once you achieve your target weight your fatty liver will be reversed and hence your SGPT will also subside.

For breathing difficulty, I think you should get done 2D echo and stress test (trade mill test) because ECG can be normal in resting condition even if there is underlying heart disease. If 2D echo and stress test is normal then no need to worry about heart diseases. Just reduce your weight and you will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
